Hudson Falls Family Practice is a privately owned practice founded by Antonio Izzo, FNP-C in 2024. Our practice standards are second to none and you will find that while we are providing you the best quality of care you will also be treated with the kindness and compassion that you deserve.
Antonio Izzo, FNP-C
Antonio attended SUNY Adirondack in Queensbury NY where he earned his Associates in Nursing Professional (RN) before continuing on at Excelsior College in Albany, NY where he earned his Bachelor in Science in Liberal Arts. Antonio continued his education at Russell Sage College in Troy, NY where he earned his degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner Professional. He joined Family Practice of Hudson Falls in 2015. He continued his career there as a Family Nurse Practitioner until Dr. David Foote retired and closed his practice.
In 2024 Antonio wanted to continue to serve the community and started his own private practice now known as HUDSON FALLS FAMILY PRACTICE.
Angel, LPN
Angel received her Licensed Practical Nurse degree through Southern Adirondack Vocational Center in 2003. She joined Family Practice of Hudson Falls in 2006 as an LPN. She shared nine years on a team with Antonio Izzo, FNP previously at Family Practice of Hudson Falls before joining him in 2024 to support his new practice at HUDSON FALLS FAMILY PRACTICE.
